My passion for drawing started from an early age. I can remember always taking time to colour and to draw. I was born in a wonderful, beautiful part of Brazil and both my Mum and Dad encouraged me with my passion. In particular my Mum told me to follow my dream wherever it took me.

Much of my childhood was spent out doors, I loved the farm and I rode from an early age. I strongly believe that having the fortune to grow up in such a beautiful place gave me an appreciation of colour, space, and composition. I spent a lot of time picking an assortment of fruit, and vegetables on the farm, and hours fishing in the river that crossed my family farm. The beauty of the surrounding countryside in Brazil was my pallet of vibrant colour that I was lucky to see from an early age.

The thee years that I spent studying for my Degree in Interior Design was hard work and took a lot of practicality and organisation! I had to work full time whilst studying, and raising my little boy, Alex. The determination to succeed not only for myself but for Alex is still my driving force. I knew that I had much to offer the world of Interior Design, and my passion has never diminished.

Since graduating from University in Parana’ my life has changed so much. I am very grateful to my Mum who encouraged me to pursue my career overseas. Britain has become my second home, and I feel so proud to be able highlight my talents as an Interior Designer here in Bristol.

My style definitely incorporates colour, and an appreciation of the use of space. I have an eye for seeing beyond the obvious and the moment I can bring an idea to life for a client is so satisfying. Building a Brief with my client is very important because I have to have a understanding of their lifestyle and how they wish to use the room I will design for them. The ultimate challenge is to be able to take a space and enhance it in ways a client could not imagine. Easily the best part of my job is seeing my design unfold, and the look of joy from my client on completion. That’s what makes Interior Design just the best job
